OneSiteKit ("OSK", "we", "us") collects information you provide when creating an account and using the platform, including name, email address, employer/company information, and content you upload or enter (asset records, documents, form submissions, photos, and similar data).
We also collect standard usage data such as login timestamps, IP addresses, and browser/device information for security and operational purposes.
We use your information solely to operate and improve OneSiteKit:
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information or your organization's data to any third party for any purpose, commercial or otherwise.
We do not share your information with third parties except:
OneSiteKit makes reasonable technical efforts to protect data stored on the platform, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls. However, no system is inherently secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain account and usage data for as long as your organization's account is active. Upon account termination, data may be retained for a limited period for legal and operational purposes before deletion.
To request removal of content stored on the platform, email [email protected] with a description of the content and the reason for removal.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
OneSiteKit offers an optional SMS alert program for organization administrators and owners. SMS is disabled by default. No messages are sent unless an administrator explicitly enables them for a specific user from within the platform.
Through the "OneSiteKit Admin SMS Notifications" program, organization administrators and owners may choose to receive SMS alerts for time-sensitive operational events within their OneSiteKit organization, including:
SMS is an optional supplement to the platform's existing in-app and email notifications.
SMS notifications are strictly opt-in and disabled by default. The opt-in process works as follows:
Only an organization's own admins can opt in from inside the platform. No phone numbers are collected from the public.
Message frequency varies and is event-driven — a message is sent only when a qualifying operational event occurs during your selected schedule. Most recipients receive only a few messages per week; volume depends on your organization's activity.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. OneSiteKit does not charge for SMS notifications, but your carrier's standard messaging and data charges are your responsibility.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message — you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further texts will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance. You or your administrator can also disable SMS at any time in Admin → Notifications by setting the schedule to "Off."

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in are used solely to deliver the OneSiteKit Admin SMS Notifications described above. We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile number or SMS consent to anyone, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is transmitted only to our SMS delivery provider strictly to send the messages you requested, and for no other purpose.
